ME TOO! Rejected by UCSF by "AADSAS Status" today!
They kept asking me for official transcripts from an international grad school that i attended ONLY for THREE semesters 4 years ago back in my country, and I kept explaining to them that my previous grad school does not provide any school with official transcript, when someone drops out of their school. UCSF rejected me as if they were blind to see my good GPA, DAT score and EC activities here in the USA. No other school has even asked me for official transcript from that foreign school which I listed on my AADSAS. I tried to enligthen them thoroughly about the situation, but the director told me that I will get rejected if I don't get to provide them with off. transcripts. How ignorant is that?

i really do not understand UCSF either. I go to UCI got a 3.7, submitted my application back in June, got 22 average and rejected by them. My dear friend got a 3.2 from ucla, 19 average and was invited for an interview. Her extracurricular activities is ok, same as mine. We went to the same high school together so we are pretty good friends. I guess her personal statement must be awesome. I am not jealous or anything but it is really hard to understand what school really want from you.
But your stat is awesome, you will get in good school
So far Colorado and Case about a month ago. UNLV last night.

I think I'm the first person to be rejected from Temple... got the rejection this morning via email. 7 and 6 now...
I just got my first from Harvard. Cant say that I was banking on it but looking at predents I've noticed people with much lower DAT and same GPA get invites. Maybe its because I didnt have the calculus prerequisites ....🙁
~2.8 undergrad GPA and my graduate GPA is 3.85
I'm far from perfect 🙁
Hoping my DATs can make up for my undergrad and get them to at least open my app
It seems like a lot of people are being rejected because of undergraduate GPAs. someone like Achilles..I would look the other way on the undergrad GPA as long as you have a masters or something. I really can't imagine getting your DAT score and I work my booty off.
Your stats are solid and your extras are awesome. I know nothing is guaranteed. But you are in a good position. Try not to worry too much.

I dont get it ... we have similar stats and I got interviews from UM and ASDOH ... while youve been interviewed at BU, Pitt, and NYU ... who knows?
In some cases where candidates have similar scores it must be something specific the adcoms are looking for in personal statements or lor. I too have seen people with similar or higher scores rejected at schools that I have had an interview. Who knows?!😕
I feel you. I am going to add Buffalo to the list since I'm on continuing review and take that as a rejection.

haha no prob supra..... i thought you meant that it was a definite rejection. Any reapplicants have experience with Continuing Review at BUF?

and was completed and received by all the schools around early - mid October..
Rejected from Loma Linda & ASDOH last week..
(guess those schools really went through my app so quickly?
no interviews yet..
Do I need to give DS more time to review my application?
Scared.. really scared
Any advice?
