Everyone is interviewed by two different people, usually a physician and a professor and also by an admissions person. Nobody is interviewed by the same person on a given day so everyone's experience is completely different. One of my interviews was very laid back and cool and it seemed like that was what most people were experiencing for both of their interviews. Unfortunately, I think I was just the unlucky one to be a non-traditional student to get matched up with, in my opinion, someone who could not relate with a non-traditional student.
