Today I got a call from Carolyn.

Initially I was to know the decision on march 27th, and as of today, I am officially on the alternate list.

She also mentioned that in the last six years or more, this is the most competitive class they have seen...

And 2/3 of all the candidates within our pool (waiters), have been rejected.

I got the alternate call yesterday too. Can you clarify your last comment? Do you mean to say 2/3 of the waitlist has been rejected historically? Or that they just bumped a bunch of people off it of?

You have two groups of kids, those who have a secure seat (acceptance), and the 'rest of us' group who havent been rejected.

Recently, 2/3 of the individuals in the 'rest of us' group were rejected.

I hope this clarifies.
