Good luck to everyone!
Did anyone pay the supplemental fee yet?
I did, and received an email stating confirmation of the payment on June 22
The email to pay the fee was sent me to the morning after I submitted by app, but it took 3 business days after I paid it to receive an email from UK that they received my payment and that my application was complete.I did, and received an email stating confirmation of the payment on June 22
Anyone receive invite for interview yet? or supplemental apps??

Yo chill I applied to enough schools. If I don't get in here, it's not the end of the world. They have a strong, close knit program which attracted me to apply. They hardly accept anyone out of region. How many total schools did you apply to?

That's crazy!! I wonder why so many more OOS applicants applied??This isn't true at all. I'm a D2 at UK right now and I have 2 classmates from CA, 1 from AZ, 1 from UT, 1 from WA, 2 from TX, 1 from MA, 2 from MI, a few from FL, 1 from AR, 1 from NJ.....while there are others, I think you get the point.
Our student affairs has told us that the number of OOS applications has doubled for UKCD this year. We had our first round on interviewees in the building today. There were 14 total.
Yup. It's some good humble medicine, because I'm 5/5 for interviews so far, including to some brutal schools.Did anyone received an email with the topic "Hold for Comparison" ?

Did anyone received an email with the topic "Hold for Comparison" ?
When did you apply?Just received this same email... did you ever hear anything back from the school?
When did you apply?
About a week later than you, I haven't received that email thoughJuly 18th, what about you?

Does anyone know more about the chances of getting an interview after the hold for comparison email? Not sure if they have already started giving out interviews for December
Did you call the school and ask about the hold for comparison, or you just knew your letters hadn't been received yet?I had a hold for comparison email because my letter of recommendations had not been received. Once my letters were received, I received an interview invite about two weeks later.
I emailed them about the hold for comparison, and when I saw my letters were uploaded on AADSAS I emailed them to let them know. I believe I received the secondary the day I told them my letters were submitted. I submitted the secondary the next day, then they emailed me about interviewing that day for a date two weeks out.Did you call the school and ask about the hold for comparison, or you just knew your letters hadn't been received yet?
Is the secondary just paying the fee?I emailed them about the hold for comparison, and when I saw my letters were uploaded on AADSAS I emailed them to let them know. Thank you!!The interview was very conversational. There were about 20 people in my group. We toured the school then saw some presentations: about the school and financial aid. Then we did interviews, and we ended the day eating lunch with students. The student affairs staff were really nice and welcoming as well as the dental students.
The secondary was a series of questions. It wasn't too long.Is the secondary just paying the fee?
