MD & DO official vs unofficial transcript

Just wondering if the official transcript will look the same as my unofficial. Will any grades be different? I am asking because there was a grade on my unofficial transcript that got replaced and is not there anymore. Will it show up on my official?

The key difference between the two is that the official transcript is printed on special paper and placed in a sealed envelope, or it's sent as a secure PDF. The official transcript is a legal document that goes out directly from the registrar's office. Grades on the two should be identical.

If you're nervous about it, you can usually have an official transcript sent to you. It will cost more, and once you open it up it will not be considered "official" anymore, but at least you can verify exactly what schools will see.
