I think money-wise, prestige-wise, research funding-wise, clinical training-wise, curriculum-wise (P/F for both pre-clinical and clerkships), and fun-wise (Columbus might be a top 10 city for young people), OSU is the undeniable clear choice here. Paying more than double to go to New Hampshire to spread your wings in seemingly lifeless Hanover is not the move and not the place to spread one's wings lol (I say this as an individual that was accepted to Dartmouth and OSU for different programs). I would pick OSU, and if you do want to find and explore a new place, I recommend going on a few away rotations and/or doing research after M1 at a new city (maybe NYC, LA, Chicago, etc at another med school summer research program).

Good luck on your decision!

Up to you, really. Columbus is probably a cooler place than Hanover. OSU has the resources and is higher-ranked. Dartmouth has layman's prestige, but that's about it.
