All of the following expressions are equal to an Ohm
EXCEPT:

A. Vsec/C
B. W/A^2
C.A/V
D.V'/W^2

1. I have no problem with answer C.

2. For the answer A, the answer explanation says "A comes from V = iR, with i replaced by C/sec."

3.i=C/sec. what does C stand for ? If it is Q, then i=Q/t. but C is capacitance.

thanks
