Loved both schools so much and would be out of state for me either way with very close tuition costs. Any thoughts on either school and which would be preferable and why?

MWU-IL is 30-40 minutes from Chicago, Downers grove the city it is in is still very cute. I love portland but the cost of living is very expensive which is the only downside I see. Yes the tuition will be the same but the cost of living for portland will be the only thing that could make it more expensive. Do you have any insight on either school? What would make one better versus the other?
