Has anyone heard about the OHSU situation. I havent had an invite yet, told my advisor and she said not to worry...they havent interviewed many people yet. What gives?

I wouldn't "worry" to much, b/c I think that's pretty accurate...although frustrating. Seems like lots of people are still waiting to hear, and I talked with Mark Mitchell a couple weeks ago, and he confirmed that lots of interviews are still to be given and done in Jan.

I should call up OHSU right now and withdraw because I am going to Pacific, but a part of me wants to wait to see if they were ever going to interview me. I probably shouldnt waste anyone's time and just withdraw but if I do then I would never know.

I know a few folks who interviewed pre-Dec 1 and have yet to be accepted. They are not worried yet. I also know several that interviewed pre-Dec 1 and have been accepted.

For the most part their interviews are going to happen in Jan/ Feb and so will their acceptances.

Yup, I've got a buddy who says she was accepted in March and she wasn't the last of classmates to receive the offer.

I wish they'd hurry it up though. Colorado also...

I'm excited to say that I was accpeted there (out-of-state) on Decemebr 1st. They seemed to be quite careful, and therefore late, in the admissions precess. I interviewed with only three other people, I was the only out-of state interviewee. Also, NO they do NOT affer in-state tuition to out-of-staters-EVER!!!!

Hi all... I just got my secondary in, but was told not to worry since OHSU is not on rolling admissions and most interviews are Jan-Mar with acceptances not going out until April-May. True or Untrue? Despite the cost (I'm OOS) would really love to go there. Dragged the hubby to Texas for 10 years, now would like to have him be close to his family while I finish up school. Keeping the fingers crossed!

There is no secondary at OHSU.

there is a secondary form. I interviewed there, as out of state, and was the only person there that day. No invite for me but thats ok cuz the school was not very good in my opinion, beautiful, but lame.

Yeah you are right I remember the form now. I interviewed there last year and the school isnt that great. My brother goes there and if anyone needs any info just PM me. Im glad I got into pacific so I dont have to wait for them. Good luck everyone else.
