question for anyone who can answer. What is OIS like? More specifically, is this something we should be training for physically before hand? from what I have gathered there is a 5min float, 50yd continuous swim, and some running/circuit training mixed in too.
also, if there is a naval pediatric dentist in this forum I'd like to get in touch and ask a few more specific questions. spoke with the LCDR in charge of Naval Peds Dentistry, but wanted to ask around to some others to see how they enjoy it. Thanks
