Hey everyone.

Just finished up my D1 year a few weeks ago. I have like a 3.89 gpa through the first year. Had a couple classes I probably should have gotten As in, but I thought the year went as well as it probably could have.

I thought I was okay until my buddy who has a 3.99 gpa asked for his class rank. He has had one B+ and is ranked 25th in the class out of 75. I just don’t see how that is really possible unless old exams are going around that I don’t have. I worked my butt off and am probably sitting at 50th in my class out of 75 people.

With me wanting to do oral surgery and beginning to study for the CBSE, do I really have any chance in making it?

Class rank and GPA isn’t as weighted as CBSE score because some schools are pass/fail. You’re fine and still have a number of years to fluctuate in rank and GPA.
