Was the UPenn invite via email?

I know its a bit early in the game but I must say that I'm getting a bit worried. :scared:

Case Western offered me an interview and then 29 hours later said the interview spots are all filled. Now I'm on a wait list.

Is this a common practice?
 
How did you get the invite? email, phone etc...

I got the invite via voicemail at 9/10/12 1:38 PM.
I responded at Sep 11, 2012 at 3:47 PM
That's just over 26 hours later.

Confirm your interviews ASAP. You can always back out later, just make sure you give the program plenty of notice otherwise it's a dick move.
