1) If we spent a substantial amount of time assisting in the OR/clinics, should we include this in our experiences, or would this be seen as padding our apps?
2) For research pubs, should they be included in the "achievements" tab under "publications", or "experiences" tab under "research"?

1) I would include any surgery related experience.
