If you're not trolling and somehow don't know there is a new exam that was administered to prospective OMS applicants in September of this year. It's called the NBME CBSE and it will be offered twice next year as well (spring and summer dates). There are several threads on SDN about it and an abundance of info you'll finding by Googling it.

Just like any other competitive specialities your boards scores, GPA/class rank, LORs, extracurriculars, research, will all be important. Good luck!
