OMG can't find my doctor's contact things.... Help!!

I'm currently finishing secondary for University of Illinois College of Medicine and they seem to have an optional contact section for extracurriculars.

I heard that the contacts for shadowed doctors should always always be included.
However, my family has just moved and ALL of my things were "misplaced" (the mover left the box on the side of the street and it was probably taken apart like a sky burial).


My doctor contacts were among those things.

Pretty much, asking how bad this will hit my application~~~

To be honest im not even positive what his "contact things" are. Your personal physician? His contact lenses?

My advice is Withdraw before it's too late. This is definately the kind of thing that keeps you out of med school.

So either that, or you try and dig around to find this doctor's email from your corespondance, or his office phone number from insurance registry, or any of the numerous free contact information sources u can find on that little tool, whats it called again? Oh yeah, the internet.
