Today i finally reviewed the entire kaplan chemistry section and realized that there are tons!! of equtions from henderson hassel bach to calculating nulear yield???😱😱😱😱😱 Is it necessary to know all these equations or just the basic ones?? sorry if my question is too broad

Kaplan's Chemistry does a great job of over-preparing you for the chemistry section of the exam. Apparently if you master Kap's Chem section, you're guaranteed a 90%tile in Chem. So, no, you you dont have to memorize henderson hassel bach, but you should know how to calculate pH/pOH. And at least other easy equations like Temperature conversions, Gibbs free energy -Goldfish are horrible without tarter sauce) or the pervert equation (gas Law equation) is another biggie. As you can see I love mnemonic devices:laugh:. But it is also important to know what each equation means, as there are many conceptual problems on the test (from what I've heard).

THANKS lol Kaplan went ON and ON about nuclear chemistry and all this other crap E=mcsquared derivations... thanks for the advice

STORY: in highschool chemistry class, in the middle of a test i stood up infront during testing and yelled pervert, the Ideal gas law came to my head immediately, and so did a detention form from my teacher:meanie:
