I need to setup a rotation.. it'll be at my house. You'll get to travel with me to my hospitals...give presentations..and eat well. And do as I say, you'll most likely get an A. And you'll learn a bunch of stuff too..

btw...I searched countless articles on Colorectal surgery prophylaxis... Latest published article comparing Ertapenem vs Cefotetan in colorectal surgery prophylaxis in Dec 21 issue of NEJM is causing some surgeons to think we need to change to Ertapenem....start using carbapenem for prophylaxis..

It doesn't hurt that Ertapenem rep is drop dead gorgeus.. which doesn't sway me but.. still.

I'm still behind Cephalosporin + Metronidazole as drugs of choice.
