So I took NMBE 6 taday, 8 days before my test and got a 228.

Not bad, but before this here were my scores

7: 232
11: 242
12: 252

And now a 25 point drop off, someone please tell me what to do this last week, I've just given up at this point and hope I pass.

Take a deep breath and relax. I started off taking NBME 6 and I have to say it is a wacked exam. Based on what everyone says 7, 11, and 12 are the most predictive. I think you might have been burnt out or sleepy maybe taking 6, whatever the case look at your previous performance and focus on a good review and kill this thing. Don't get stuck on the score you got on NBME 6. You can do this. Blow this **** out the water man.

I took 6 first and scored 224 - the remainder of my NBMEs and UWSA have all been in the 240 range. Don't sweat it - just keep doing what you are doing. It's clear that you have the information in your head to do well on the exam.
