WOW..so i read on the interview feed back left on 9/25/06 that
"You are being taped and observed in the conference room even when they leave you alone!"
OMG how true is this? isn't this illegal ... well i kno it's not illegal..but WOW i hope i didn't say nething wrong when i was talkin to the other kids in that room when they were gone.. the only thing i can remember is when i told my mom that the rooms were SMALL in the apts.. but that was in another language anyways.. but they will see that i made my mom a bagel w/ cream cheese and gave it to her 😎

I have not applied to UMDNJ, but I have heard that Iowa records interviews. I guess I better look extra sharp. 😉

get this, I called today to get an update on my app. They thought it was impressive that I was so interested in NJ that they said the invite will be mailed in the morning. I know this sounds so unreal, but I am not kidding at all.

When do you guys think the interview will be? Is the class already full, I know it is a late offer?
Is the school nice?

im sure you have high scores, and being an out of stater were delighted to see you had interest OR you just touched base with someone in a real real good mood

id guess your interview would be end of nov beginning of dec. the class def isnt full they started interviews in sept. and yea the school is real nice but the area around it isnt nice.

Who did you speak with if I may ask?
I called them a couple of times throughout the month because I havent heard anything, other then sending them more $$ for the secondary. Pretty much most of the time I called the lady told me that they do not give status over the phone and that I have to wait to get a mailer from them.

Sorry, I won't give out more info than I already have. I do not want anyone at NJ to be able to id me, sorry. maybe it was a fluke thing and they never do that. In that case they already know who I am. I can't say more though.

I called them a couple of times throughout the month because I havent heard anything, other then sending them more $$ for the secondary. Pretty much most of the time I called the lady told me that they do not give status over the phone and that I have to wait to get a mailer from them.

I just called them again because they had sent me a letter August 14th saying that my application was on hold pending DAT scores and as soon as status changed they would update me, and to contact admissions if I had any questions. Since it's October and they should have received Aug 25th DAT scores some time ago, I called again. They said that if I was going to be called for an interview they would let me know if anything was missing. I asked if I could assume that they received the scores then? She said No, only if I'm considered for an interview. So I asked if I could be considered for an interview if that HOLD is still in place? She said No; that if I'm on hold then I won't be considered again unless the class doesn't fill up. 😕 My head was spinning. I was trying to process all of this and figure out if my application HAS to remain in HOLD pending DAT scores, even though my DAT scores were sent long ago--you see my quandry? She said she had other people on hold (on the phone) that she needed to attend to. Wow. I'm so confused.😕
