Does OMM use any kind of equipment to go along with the manipulations( besides the bench)?

For example, I know when I go to my chiropractor, she uses this thing that looks like a gun, apart from, various foam wedges and pillows and stuff.

I hope you're chiropractor isn't taking an actual gun to office visits.

Also don't compare omm to chiropractic work. They are different.

No guns, but we do sometimes use pillows in OMM at our school.
