Went online today to find the errata and the website is no longer there. Would anyone happen to have the errata for 3rd Edition OMT Review?

I actually emailed the author because I also heard there were numerous errors in the book. This is the reply I got:

.If you have the latest printing of the book (copyright2009) then all of the corrections have been incorporated. If you have an older printing (copyright 2003), then you can obtain the errata at www.danysh.com/omt.
