Hi. So I'm currently on a year of reseach following my second year. 3rd year will start in June and I was wondering what I should do at this point or in the future prior to start of 3rd year to prepare, ie books, etc.

Agree with above.

Also try to set up a schedule that you can stick to. It's hard to motivate yourself, so set goals and try to reach them each day. Good luck!
