Once again, LOI question

I've done a searched which resulted with nothing helpful. So can anyone give me a link to a thread or tell me how to write a LOI? What should I include in the LOI? How long should it be? Who should I address it to - the dean of admissions or the admissions committee who are the ones that actually do the voting? I haven't done anything new or amazing since the interview so how do I make myself appealing to the admissions committee in the LOI?

Why the school is a good match for you. why you are a good match for the school. that you will matriculate if given the opportunity. i think addressing it to the dean, but either is probably fine because they probably put it in a file for the committee to review.
