This is more of an opinion question...
If you took the pcat once already and received a decent score but NOT a competitive score, would you risk taking the pcat again and recieving a lower score?
..at this point i just cant make up my mind anymore

You can offset a decent PCAT with GPA, PS, service, and interview.

you can't 'risk' a lower score. the schools look at your highest score, just like SAT's.
