I just submitted my AMCAS but I am currently holding my transcript from being mailed out. This is because I have one grade, cancer bio, that is an incomplete right now but will be changed to an A- within a week or two. I don't know if I should mail out my official transcript right now as it has an I (incomplete) on it or wait and potentially be a little behind on submitting my AMCAS.

The professor said she submitted the grade change and it has to be looked over by the dean and a bunch of other admins before it is changed which might take about a week or two. She emailed me an official letter that states that she changed the grade to an A- but I do not know how that would help me. I am not sure what to do, does anybody have any advice on this issue for me???

If you look at my mdapp you can see that I need this grade change to go through before med schools look at me. This is why I am really concerned about this. Any advice would be appreciated.

I think you should send in your transcript when the grade gets changed. Go or speak to your registrar and see if on the transcript request form there isn't a box for "send after grade change". If so, then everything will be lined up for you. The registrar will send it when the grade is changed, AMCAS will receive the correct transcript, and you'll be sent off and verified without any errors or having AMCAS hold you for a discrepency.
