One Letter of recommendation written by 2 people?

Would it be weird to have a LOR that was written by 2 people together? I’ve been volunteering at this organization for a few years and have been supervised by 2 people, both of whom offered to write me a letter. Instead of getting 2 different letters from the same place, I was thinking of asking them if they could just write one letter together and both sign it.

Seems fine to me. People do this in labs: a graduate student or post-doc who worked with the student closely drafts most of the letter and then jointly signs it with the PI.

That is fine. Alternatively, you could also have the more senior person sign it for both of them.
