One Month to Study for Retake - Berkeley Review or TPR Science WB?

I have not started the Science Workbook yet but it is HUGE with tons and tons of practice questions. Berkeley Review is also great though very dense at points more than it should be(hey extra knowledge doesn't hurt though). But I think I only have time to do one or the other, so which one would you suggest I do considering I have already taken the MCATs in April(waiting on score) so I already have reviewed the general contents(scoring 28-30 on Prac Tests). I won't do both as both are already loaded with time consuming material.

everyone on SDN will tell you TBR
 
To do the TBR right you need a lot of time. One month might not cut it.
 
Do the TPR science workbook for all subjects and BR for all subjects expect bio
