How likely are you to be allowed to miss a week of a rotation and make it up at a later point?
 
Not likely. Most schools have a policy about how much time you can miss...often its not more than 3 days, unless you are having surgery or a baby or something else significant and if its planned (like a baby), they may make you use vacation time.

Check with your school.
