THe question is

The cells of the testis that are motst like the follicle cells out of the ovary in that they respond to the pituitary hormone LH by producing steroid hormones are

1. spermatids
2. endometrial cell
3. stem cells
4. interstital cells
5. germ cells

I thought interstital cells are located only in the heart or heart muscle. Any one can tell me about interstitial cells?

The Interstitial cells of Leydig, or Leydig cells are found in the testes and secrete testosterone when stimulated by LH from Pituitary.
