One year MPH programs in Chicago?

I've found programs at UIC, Northwestern, Chicago State, and Loyola. Northwestern's program is one year, but from what I've read you have to be on the PhD or MD track to do it?

some are programs at medical schools, some are schools of public health. and generally, yes, you'd have to be a md or phd to pursue the 1 year mph degree.
