I'm guessing you're looking through the right thing. I'm not sure what you have left, like if you just need upper level courses or specific courses... For online bio courses they have Biochemistry, Evolution, Proteomics, genomics, Immunology, Sports physiology, Repro, stem cell and regenerative bio, Endocrinology, and some others. You can also change the subject search for medical sciences, chemistry, physical sciences, biotechnology etc. Probably need to plan them out as they only offer the courses on a spring and fall schedule. Hopefully you find the course you need if not here somewhere else!

I live in the area so I took them in person and if the timing didn't work I took them somewhere else (benefit of living somewhere where there's some 60 colleges in the area). I also took courses to supplement my work knowledge and was less interested in filling prerequisites. The one problem was that most of the courses say human XXX, had to make the argument that it was translatable to animals as in most instances the animal models informed the human system.
