Hello there,

I know this is not recommended but I am about to take an online class from a university. Does anyone know when I apply to a medical school and if they are not satisfied with online class or any particular class, do they normally let the applicant know to retake it or immediately reject?

Thanks.

I have taken several online classes and have now been accepted. I know it is recommended that you not take prerequisite classes online but others is not a problem (or al least hasn't been for me)

yeah, it also depends on where you take the class. If it's at a brick and mortar university like an actual state school, it often doesn't show up anywhere on your transcript that the classes are even online, so med schools wouldn't have any way of knowing.

Regardless of whether they show up as online or not, I agree not to take the pre-reqs online.
