Online classes and overall GPA

do non-prereq/non-science courses like economics, art history, government count towards AMCAS overall gpa if taken online? Would taking these kinds of courses online hurt your chances before adcoms?

For schools that do accept prereqs done online, does this still negatively impact chances?

I’m not sure if it’s regionally accredited. However, it is accredited as a distance learning online university. Will AMCAS not count the courses in your gpa if the online university is unaccredited?
