online credit course?

Does anyone know of an online credit course that can be completed at your own pace that is not thousands of dollars? I have seen them offered by major universities, but they tend to run about $2,000-$3,000 dollars which is just crazy for a 4 credit online course!

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
