I understand in-person training is the best. Given COVID pandemic (and already out of training), just wondering if anyone has recommendations on online ECMO course? Thanks.

The Maryland Critical Care project has a 3 day course that they put online for free. It's a good starting point.

Day 1 - ECMO Boot Camp – Day 1 | University of Maryland

Day 2 - ECMO Boot Camp – Day 2 | University of Maryland

Day 3 - ECMO Boot Camp – Day 3 | University of Maryland

Hope this is enough to get you started.
