Are online labs for med schools accepted ? These programs are :

1. regionally accredited (highest accredation SAME as most regular colleges including Ivy Leagues)
2. charge as good as a lab in person

For MD schools, I suggest you gain a precise understanding of the requirements of each school to which you plan to apply: from the MSAR, the med school's website, or via a phone call. I've seen students have to retake labs in a brick and mortar school, and pay expensive tuition again, because the institutions they wanted most to target would not accept on-line coursework for labs (or otherwise).

If you are active military, there is a chance you'd get special consideration, at some schools, for taking this approach.

there is a "thinking while doing", dexterity, and thinking on your feet quality that gets tested in physical labs that can't be simulated with any online lab course I can imagine

especially if you end up with a science major, things like column separations and other skills from physical labs will be essential to most Plan B occupations you might do if you don't get into medical school

take real labs, they open the most med school and real world doors
