Online Lecture Videos

I know some of you have recommended watching lectures online before learning the concept in class, or after a class lecture in case there were something you missed. What websites do you recommend? I think I remember reading on here that someone recommended lectures given by MIT professors. The subjects of concern are: College Algebra, Gen Chem, and Physiology. Thanks!!
