I know that the BS in Pharm is almost replaced totally by the PharmD
However, I see Creighton has the online PharmD but are ther any schools anywhere in the world (Canada,Mexcio, UK etc) that offer any online degrees I could complete?

Any BS degrees still offered?

The BS in Pharmacy has already been phased out, so no more are offered in the United States. Creighton is the only web-based pharmacy program at this time. Some schools do have satellite programs at locations other than the main campus, where SOME of the lectures and work are done online, but you'd have to be able to attend classes at the satellite schools. UF and Nova both have satellite programs that are different.

Any advice on what I should do in regards to getting into the health field considering my low GPA FUTUTRERxGal?
I have wondered bout the MS in Pharmacy Administration or Biotechnolgy..anything safe and secure for a lasting career that pays well

This information has already been given to you in the thread you started about South.

General Applications to attend South this fall were due by February 15, 2005, as stated on their application. it appears to be too late for this application cycle. http://www.southuniversity.edu/campus/pdf/2005Application.xls

thanks...I was wanting to apply fot fall 2006....
you think i've a chance..I will be almost 30 when I finish Pharmacy school IF I AM LUCKY to get in

I'm gonna be 28 pushing 29 when I finish pharm, and prolly at least 30 after my first year of residency and thinking about second (assuming I don't go directly into a specialization and skip the general).

Age is not too big a deal.

Don't worry about low GPA... focus on what you can do to strengthen your profile. Examine the core pre-reqs that look fairly unsightly on your transcript and retake them (since you're apply in 2006 you have plenty of time). Add on some EC and just apply yourself. Oh, and take the PCAT's if you haven't yet. =) Unless of course all the schools you're applying to don't look at PCATS (Notice though, "Look" is different from "Require." In the case of don't require pcats, they may still look at your score to your benefit...)

👍

How on earth is a web based pharmacy doctorate possible? It sounds very impossible
