So I have to take Physics 2 still and was wondering how schools look at it if I take it from the Rio Salado 8 week "at your pace" online school? Does it look bad or do they not care, as long as it fulfills the requirement type of thing?

Call the schools!! Maybe a few will be okay with it while others won't consider you. Schools may have changed their requirements of admission for the upcoming cycle.
