Can anyone recommend online quiz software for teaching?

I want to make a pre-rotation quiz, but I can't find a site that both tells the resident/student that they are right or wrong AND allows me to write in a blurb explaining the answer.

How comfortable are you installing a CGI program on a web server?

I wrote some very basic web based software to do what you're asking but setup isn't all that user friendly. You can have it if you want it, just PM me.
