Online subscriptions

hi guys, can anyone give me advice on whether or not i should subscribe to the lancet or any other databases to get access to the articles. my college does not have a full subscription to all of them and sometimes i feel limited. also is it worth while subscribing to the BP online for convienience in lab exams. anyways any related advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
