Only Cars is Hitting 10% at a lot of places, Should I even Apply?

Currently sitting on a 123 in Cars and plenty of the schools' 10 %tile is around or above this mark? I would say that everything else in my application is golden (4.0 in chem engineering, 86 %tile overall MCAT score, great EC and Clinical experience, plus diverse internships within the petroleum field). Should I still move forward with applying? I am an Ohio student with aspirations to go to OSU (matriculating is 124).

You certainly have a chance at your Ohio schools: NEOMED, Toledo, Wright State, Cincinnati, Ohio State. You need to apply this week and submit all your secondaries by late August. Other schools you could try include:
