OOS choices? low DAT, high GPA

DAT AA: 19
GPA: 3.9 sGPA:3.7
many leadership roles/extra curriculars, 500 hours shadowing, good LOR, etc...

Which schools consider a high % of OOS candidates & which schools should I add to my list?

(also, is there a leak of a pdf or excel spreadsheet regarding most recent 2015-2016 dental school rankings gpa, dat, OOS, IS ? )

-U of Kentucky

U of K is good for out of staters but primarily people from Tennessee and other surrounding states. They definitely accept out of staters but they like to see some sort of ties so they believe you are actually considering the school.
