I am looking for open positions in a pathology training program. Any one know of any?

i just took a quick glance at them, it seems that the most of the require u to have some sort of experience already, wut does it mean exactly? is it like after you finish your regular 4 year pathology residency you have to work as an attending for more years to have them quality as experience?

At the moment it doesn't appear that the pathologyoutlines.com link is showing any posted residency positions. Immediately below that on the same page begins postings for attending jobs.
