can't really draw any assumptions based on if someone leaves a program. Maybe if it is a recurring theme, but you won't know that unless you go there and find out for yourself. Wouldn't scratch off anyplace if you were otherwise interested.

Oh yeah, I agree. I was speaking in the global sense of ob/gyn as opposed to specific programs. There are a lot of PGY2 openings because people realize that ob/gyn is not for them. You definitely shouldn't hold one PGY2 opening against a program.
 
People quit. People get fired. Happens all the time. It is not really a reason for concern unless a program has people leaving on a regular basis.
