ophthalmology without stereopsis

Hello,

I am second year medical student considering opthalmology. As a kid I couldn't see the pic inside the stereogram and was then diagnosed as a "non-fuser". If I don't have stereopsis, can i be an ophthalmologist????

Depending on your lack of stereopsis, you can still pursue ophthalmology. Go get an exam and determine how much you can fuse.
