Welcome again Hsyed: I recommend this book published by the American Academy of Ophthalmology: "Practical Ophthalmology, A Manual for Beginning Residents" Edited by Fred M Wilson II, MD This book provides helpful instruction on how to do a general ophthalmology exam for new residents and medical students.
