What is your consensus regarding having a residency interview portfolio? Is it relevant? What should you include?

I would assume that you would bring documents such as CV, cover letter, projects, presentations, posters, etc.?

Please let me know what everything thinks!

I didn't need one on any of my interviews last year, since a lot of that would be on your PhORCAS. But if you want to have a portfolio ready just in case, those documents seem fine to bring! It wouldn't hurt to have them because if they want to talk about projects, conveniently you'd have something to pull out for them to look at. :) It probably isn't necessary for most places, though (but someone else should speak to this)
