There is no right answer to your question. If you feel what you write in that section will impress the admission committee, then go for it. What matters the most is your GPA, DAT, Personal statement, LOR 🙂
As long as you don't recite your accomplishments but rather show something interesting about you, it's fine. We are stuck with our students for 4 years, we want to make sure you guys are interesting 🙂
