These topics have already been addressed in many previous posts. It might be worthwhile to take a look at them and/or check out the pfizer career guide. The most recent posts within the past week have addressed academia, federal sector (NIH/FDA), and/or industry as possible options. Basically there are a lot of options beside hospital/retail; however, the training required to compete for such positions will vary. Reviewing some of the previous posts would really be most helpful.
